About Bay Therapy and Wellness

I started Bay Therapy and Wellness after moving to the beautiful environment of the beach in East Sussex.

As a counsellor, I have been in private practice for many years. I also have extensive experience working with organisations such as Place 2 Be, Thomas Bennett School, Crawley Open House, Care for the Carers, the Pickering Centre, and the NHS.

My personal path has inspired me to incorporate Reiki within my practice.

For counselling and psychotherapy I work with adult individuals and adult couples.

I am a member and accredited with NCPS.

I am a BUPA provider.

LGBTQ+ Affirming.

I offer flexible session options including in-person, online, and 'walk and talk'.

For reiki, I am a member of The UK Reiki Federation.
